People and roles
Invite people, give each one a role, and keep restricted agreements to the people who need them.
The person who sets Locket up is its owner. Everyone else is invited and given one role.
Invite someone
As the owner, open Activity, find Invite a person or agent, and enter their Email, Name and Role. They receive a sign-in link. Change a role later from People and access on the same page; a changed role applies from their next request.

Restricted agreements
A restricted agreement, and everything attached to it, is visible only to the owner, counsel, its requester, its responsible person and people granted access. To anyone else it does not appear in lists, search or downloads. Grant access on the agreement's Details and access tab.
The activity log
Activity records every consequential change: when, who, in which role, and on which agreement. Agents appear by name with the agent role.
